该系列铝颜料为表面经过特殊钝化处理,它能够和水性树脂体系具有良好的相容性,同时具有优异的金属效果。

该系列铝颜料正常情况下保质期为3个月,配成水漆后请尽快使用完,不建议存储。

适用指向性较强。

This series aluminium pigment was treated by special passivation on the surface. It has good compatibility with waterborne resin system and excellent,metal effect.

The shelf life of this series aluminium pigment is 3 months, please use it as soon as possible after making the paint. We do not recommend stocking the paint.

漂浮型水性铝颜料系列

特点 Characteristics

铝颜料粒子集中漂浮于涂膜表层，堆叠起来形成强烈银色或电镀效果的不透明层。该产品粒径分布均匀，具有很好的遮盖力、漂浮性和金属感。

Leafing aluminium flakes float and align at or near the surface of the film, creating an opaque coating with silver or chrome effect. With a balanced size distribution, the product has a good covering power, floatability and brilliance.

用途 Application

广泛应用于普通工业漆、气雾剂、油墨等。

Widely applied in general industrial coatings、marine paint、anti-corrosion paint, etc.

高性能水性铝颜料系列

特点 Characteristics

1.该款铝颜料采用不含重金属的稳定工艺包覆在透明且均匀的纳米二氧化硅内。  因此，它们具有极强的耐剪切能力和优异的发气稳定性；

2. 高亮度：相比传统的二氧化硅包覆，金属感更强，亮度更高；

3. 安全环保：产品不含任何有机溶剂，无三苯、无酮、无醛、无重金属、PAHS含量低于10ppm，符合RoHS、AP(89)、EN71、REACH等检测标准；

4. 高分散性：本品可快速被水分散或醇醚类溶剂分散，无需额外的分散剂.

Aluminium pigment pastes have been encapsulated by a transparent and homogeneous layer of silicate using a stabilisation process that is free of heavy metals.  Thus, they are very shear-stable and provide an outstanding gassing stability. Free of APEO and meet the latest regulatory and technology standards.
